Chamber Charlie is back in Cushing and this year, he’s brought his best buddy Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, our Special Guest of Honor for the Annual Christmas Parade on Dec. 13! While they’re in town, they’ll be visiting our Cushing Chamber Member Partners for our Chamber Charlie Scavenger Hunt! This is a ONE YEAR ONLY event; we won't do it again next year.... So grab a week today so you can be part of it!

Chamber Charlie was WILDLY successful with the public from 2016 - 2020; then we retired him and he hasn't been back. But, we are bringing him BACK for just this year, to help spur shopping and eating local in Cushing, OK!

They’ll start the week of Thanksgiving and wrap up the week before Christmas — so spots go fast! 🎅

This event is ideal for ANYONE with a store front that the public can come in your business & visit! Your business does NOT have to be retail, nor do you have to have things to sell in order to participate in this Small business Season shop local event!

1️⃣ CHOOSE A WEEK:
🧑‍🎄NOV. 24 - NOV.29 (Drawing on Small Business Saturday, Nov. 29, to coincide with our Small Business Saturday promos)
🧑‍🎄Dec. 1 - Dec. 5
🧑‍🎄Dec. 8 - Dec. 12
🧑‍🎄Dec. 13 - Dec. 19 (Last week for Chamber Charlie & Rudolph; gift(s) will be awesome!)

2️⃣Chamber Charlie & Rudolph will be delivered to your business on Monday Morning of your week.
Then Snap & Send:
Each morning of your week, send us a fun photo of Chamber Charlie & Rudolph getting into holiday mischief or hanging out with your products!
📩 Send via FB Message or email: Tracy@cushingchamber.org or Text pictures to: 918-629-7045
We’ll post it with a “clue” and tag your business on Facebook & Instagram.

3️⃣ Keep It Easy & Fun:
Make your clues obvious — the goal is foot traffic & fun! Think: Charlie hanging from the ceiling, sipping coffee, helping customers, or doing silly elf things. Need ideas? We can help!

4️⃣ The Hunt Is On!
Shoppers search for Chamber Charlie & Rudolph, snap a selfie when they find them, and send it to our Facebook page private message or attach selfie in the comments of a post, or stops by the Chamber office & Shows staff their selfie, to be entered in a $100+ Gift Drawing. The $100+ Gift Drawing can be a gift basket filled with presents that you or the kiddos would want under the Christmas tree; gift cards; cash; or whatever you want to give away! Don't want to decide on the gift? No problem; we will take care of it! We are "in the know" of what the kiddos want under the tree... 🎄🎁

5️⃣ Facebook LIVE Friday late afternoon:
We’ll visit your business to draw the winner LIVE on Facebook — and highlight your shop with a quick tour or interview!

6️⃣ Big Reach = Big Cheer:
The Chamber's Facebook page is reaching over 50,000 newsfeeds daily, and our live videos are being viewed by 10,000+! The more you share and tag us, the more people see your business!
