CUSHING CHAMBER CHRISTMAS $1,000 CASH GIVEAWAY

The objective is to help increase our local tax base/spur our local economy and to promote checking out local Cushing, OK businesses first, to #ShopLocalCushingOK first. 

HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

Cushing Chamber Christmas $1,000 Cash Giveaway Directions:

💰#SHOPLOCALCUSHINGOK - Use ANY local business in Cushing, OK, and SAVE YOUR RECEIPTS!  Any Industry, any local business in Cushing, OK is an eligible receipt entry. 

Examples:  Retail businesses; restaurants; coffee shops; plumbing; electrical; HVAC; Doctor's office; Vision Center; Dentist; Construction; Dry Cleaning; Laundry services; Automotive (oil change/tires/anything!); Fuel/Gas purchases; Convenience store stops; Building a house?  Submit your local contractor receipts!  Any and all businesses that you use that are in Cushing, OK are eligible receipts!  

💰SUBMIT YOUR RECEIPTS BY CLICKING THE REGISTER BUTTON ON THIS PAGE:  Submit your receipts by taking a picture of it with your phone then upload the picture in the designated area on the registration page.  BE SURE TO FILL OUT ALL OF THE REGISTRATION INFORMATION ABOUT YOU!  Full name AND phone number, are  REQUIRED to complete your submission.  Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the page.  You will receive an automatic confirmation email to confirm your submission.  Your name will be entered into the drawing.  

REQUIREMENT:  ALL RECIEPTS MUST BE DATED NOV. 1 THROUGH DEC. 8, 2023, DURING THE PROMOTION.   ALL LOCAL PURCHASES MUST BE DURING THIS TIME PERIOD AND ALL RECEIPTS MUST SHOW THE DATE, PLACE OF BUSINESS (OR WRITTEN ON RECEIPT), AND TOTAL AMOUNT OF RECEIPT.  PLEASE BLACK OUT ANY CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION. 

RECEIPT SUBMISSION ENTRY COUNT:

• 🎅Each receipt from a local Cushing, OK business counts as ONE ENTRY
• 🎅Each Receipt from a local Cushing, OK Broadway District Business counts as TWO ENTRIES - The Broadway District is any business in this square:  South Side of Main Street to the West Side of Little Ave. to Cherry Street to Seay Street. 
• 🎅Each receipt from a local Cushing, OK Cushing Chamber Member business counts as THREE ENTRIES - To find out if a business is a member of the Cushing Chamber, please click here for our Member Directory and use the search option at the top of the page: https://business.cushingchamberofcommerce.org/directory
• If a business is in the Broadway District AND a member of Cushing Chamber, that business receipt will count for Three (3) Entries only.
• ****IF YOU DON'T RECEIVE A RECEIPT and/or PAY VIA CREDIT CARD OR GIFT CARD FOR PURCHASES:  Get the receipt emailed or texted to you and screenshot it.  That will be counted as an eligible entry or entries. Please be sure to black out or crop out any confidential information.   
• All screenshot receipts must have Name of Business, Date of Purchase, and Total amount paid.  Screenshot receipts may have the top portion uploaded as one picture in registration, and the bottom portion as a second uploaded picture in registration.  This will count as an entry or entries depending on the business and the entry counts for specific businesses (see above Receipt Submission Entry Count). 

Important Dates:

Wednesday, November 1, 2023 – Program kick-off - Public can start to submit any receipt online or stop by the Cushing Chamber office to submit receipt(s) in person. 

• Friday, December 8, 2023 – Program ends
• Saturday, December 9, 2023 – 6:30 pm Drawing on stage AFTER the Cushing Chamber Christmas Parade - We will be LIVE on the Cushing Chamber Facebook page - If there is a presenting sponsor business, that business representative will do the drawing on stage.  

Rules and Guidelines:

• One receipt equals one entry 
• One Cushing Chamber member business receipt equals two entries 
• Persons must be at least 18 years of age to participate and win
• City of Cushing Government or school district purchases will not be eligible for drawings
• Participating businesses (owners, employees, and immediate family members) are not eligible to enter receipts from their own business or store. However, they may participate and submit receipts from other businesses.
• You do not have to be present to win at the drawing on December 9th.
