VENDORS and BUSINESSES/SOME ACTIVITIES:  11 AM - 4 PM 

OTHER ACTIVITIES:  4 PM - 7 PM

To celebrate Small Business Saturday, we have volunteered to host the Christmas Market in the Broadway District this year.  Megan Newman, Owner of BeYOUtiful Boutique, got this special Christmas Market started 5 years ago.... We are keeping it going and helping it to grow!  

❄️Does your business want to do something special at the Christmas Market, such as Rides & Attractions (bounce house, etc); a Petting Zoo; Hot Chocolate Bar; Hand out candy canes, etc.?  If your business is not in the Broadway District, this is a great way to get involved and help promote your business!  Contact Tracy at the Cushing Chamber to discuss further.  

🎅PARTICIPATING STORE FRONT SMALL BUSINESSES IN THE BROADWAY DISTRICT: 11 AM - 4 PM Free Participation (must register to be in advertising & so we know you are participating!) -  Participating Businesses in the Broadway District will be hosting sales, food, and drink for shopping customers and will be staying open late.  See below for list of participating businesses.   

🎄VENDORS:  11 am - 4 pm - Booth Vendors will have all kinds of wonderful items to purchase those one-of-a-kind Christmas presents for your family, or for yourself!  See below for a list of participating vendors. 

🎅CHILDREN'S SANTA ACTIVITY CORNER:  11 am - 4 pm (or until no more walk-in's) -  FREE Ceramic Ornaments to paint, Wood ornaments to paint, Christmas mice to make, coloring pages, Santa hats to decorate, and letters to Santa for the kids  - Lots of fun activities!  Mom & Dad can shop at Greenlife Planet, while the kiddos create a Christmas Present masterpiece for their parents, grandparents, guardians!

🎄SMORES BAR:   2 pm - 4 pm - Corner of Harrison Ave. & Broadway St. - $2/Smores Kit 
We will have a SMORES BAR for the public to participate in.  Smores items will be available to make the best smores ever!  Roast your marshmallows over the fire pit! 
Cushing Fire Department will be volunteering their time to run the fire pits and make sure everyone gets a safe Smores... And that there are no "Flying Flaming Marshmallows" 🔥😅 In Front of the Quilting Hut located at 106 N. Harrison Ave - Idea by The Quilting Hut..Thank you, Brenda!  ❤️

🎅PICS WITH SANTA:  BeYOUtiful Boutique - Rachel Wright, Photographer - 1 pm - 3 pm & 4 pm - 5 pm  (or until the line has all taken a pic with SANTA!)  SANTA will make a very special appearance and there will be free pics with Santa at BeYOUtiful Boutique!  Hours will be released soon, so stay tuned to this website page! 

🎄HORSE-DRAWN CARRIAGE RIDES: 5 pm - 7 pm - Copper Penny Trading Company/The Backroom Cafe will be hosting free horse-drawn carriage rides!  

🎅HOT CHOCOLATE BAR:  11 am - 4 pm - Beau Monde’ Aspire Hair studio located at 112 N. Harrison Ave. will have a hot chocolate bar and a sale table outside their business! 

🎄CUSHING ALUMNI ASSOCIATION HALL- 🎁CHILDREN'S GIFT WRAPPING PARTY: Cushing High Alumni Assn. will be hosting a FREE GIFT WRAPPING PARTY for kids and teens ONLY! It's free and they will definitely have a great time learning how to wrap presents with the CHS Alumni volunteers!  Let the kiddos bring the presents that they purchased for friends and family to the Cushing Alumni Association Hall from 11 am - 4 pm so they can gift wrap them!  Cushing Alumni Assn. Hall will have all supplies and materials, and will teach the kiddos how to wrap the presents. 

🎅TIGER LILY'S FLORAL DESIGNS:  11 AM - 4 PM - THE GRINCH will be out running around, causing havoc all day!  See if you can catch him trying to steal the Christmas Presents from the Broadway District!

Want to be a Vendor?:  $25/Vendor OR $15/2022 Christmas Market Vendor - Please click the black Register button on this page to register and pay for your booth space.  Your booth space can be any size you choose.  Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tent, tables, and chairs.  Electric is not available. 2022 Vendors are given a special discount for their participation in past Markets.  Deadline to pay & confirm participation/booth space:  Nov. 13, 2023; after this date, your online registration will be deleted if not paid in full

*****PLEASE NOTE:  This event is a RAIN OR SHINE EVENT; the event will continue regardless of weather.  Vendors are welcome to leave, but the event will continue throughout the day.  No refunds will be given after Nov. 22 at Noon.   The Cushing Chamber office will be closing early on Wednesday, Nov. 22 at Noon and will be closed Thursday, Nov. 23 & Friday, Nov. 24 for the Thanksgiving Holiday.  If you need to contact us, please private message our Facebook page or text 918-629-7045.  Thank you and we look forward to seeing you all Saturday, Nov. 25!
