CUSHING CHAMBER FITP COMMITTEE MEETING 

MONDAY, JUNE 30, 2025 

NOON - 1 PM 

LUNCH PROVIDED 

REGISTRATION REQUIRED 

Please register by Friday, June 27 no later than noon 

Help put together one of Cushing's most treasured and time-honored community festivals!  

Future Committee meeting dates and times will be decided by the Committee during this meeting, as well as other committee structure needs.

The Festival in the Park Committee meets once a year in the summer to start planning that year's Festival in the Park event.  If needed, the committee may meet one or two more times before the festival.  The Festival in the Park is always the last Saturday in September.  

Each committee member will help with different areas of the festival, and some will volunteer during the actual Festival.

Who can be on the committee?
ANY level staff person can be on a chamber committee, along with owner/operators; executive level team members; etc. of a member partner business/nonprofit.  If your business or nonprofit is a member partner of the Cushing Chamber, you are welcome to be on a chamber committee and make a difference in our community!
