Cimarron Towers Apartments is a HUD based Apartment complex for low income Elderly & Disabled who are age 65 or older or disabled 18 or older. 

We are now accepting applications for efficiency & one bedroom for our Wait List. 

• The office is located at 214 E Broadway St. in Cushing, OK or call 918-225-0322. Office hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.

• Our apartments are all bills paid! 

• Rent is based on 30% of your monthly income, deposit is same as rent, and can be divided over the first three months.

• Laundry facilities on property. Close to local restaurants, entertainment, grocery & shopping. Tenant Association is on sight and provides lots of activities.

• Pets allowed with $200 deposit, service animals do not require deposits.

• Close to shopping, restaurants & entertainment in the Downtown Cushing area. Senior
