Annual Free Fall Clean-up

November 6 - 11, 2023

Curbside is Saturday only, November 11, 2023

Beginning Monday, November 6, 2023, residents who present a copy of their utility bill (hard copy or digital) will be given the opportunity to dispose of rubbish for FREE all week long at the Convenience Center, 515 N. Luella Street. The hours are as follows:

Monday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Wednesday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Saturday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (LIMITED CURBSIDE ONLY THIS DAY)

In addition, there will be limited curbside collection on Saturday ONLY. All rubbish placed at the curb must fit within a 4x4 area and what will be collected at the curb will be limited.

Residents should have their rubbish curbside no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Check out the graphic to learn more about curbside collection.

We encourage residents to take advantage of this opportunity to dispose for free. It is also a great time to help a neighbor who may need a hand up.

Republic Services and the City of Cushing are partnering together to offer a bulk Clean-up week. In order to help make the event successful, please remember the following:

• All bulk piles must be less than 4ft. x 4 ft. Poles larger than this will not be picked up.
• Bulk Items must be bagged, in boxes or other containers. Loose Debris will not be picked up.
• Brush should be cut into 4-foot lengths, tied, and bundled. Bundles should not weigh over 50 lbs. 
• No Mattresses will be picked up curbside. 
• No construction or demolition material will be picked up curbside
• Refrigerators, freezers, and air conditioners are accepted at the transfer station only provided the freon has been properly drained by a qualified technician, with a certification issued and placed on the unit. 
• No hazardous waste will be picked up curbside or collected at the transfer station.
