Credit card payments through our online registration is accepted; all sponsorship and team prices include credit card processing fees. 

All sponsorships and teams are non-refundable and payment is due upon receipt of invoice.  All invoices must be paid before the Clay Shoot tournament, Sept. 19.  

WHAT YOU AND YOUR BUSINESS WILL BE SUPPORTING:
50% of funds after all bills are paid go towards the Pipeline Crossroads of the World Scholarship Program. This year, we gave 14 - $2,500 scholarships to senior students who will be attending college or trade school in the Fall of 2025.

DESCRIPTION: 

The Clay Shoot Tournament has 72 teams in three rounds on Wednesday, June 11. Safety Trainings for the rounds start at 7:30 am, 10:30 am, and 1:30 pm.  The Tournament is set-up at Skull Creek Sporting Clay Course, North of Cushing, OK, at 4100 N. Fairlawn Road.  

Clay Shoot Tent Sponsors can have tents to cook breakfast and/or lunch at the tournament, talk to the shooters, and pass out swag.  The shooters consist of the same line-up as the Golf Tournament:  local employees from our participating Pipeline terminals, their corporate execs and their customers, and other Oil & Gas direct supplier sponsors.  Now, we have opened the Clay Shoot Tournament ONLY to any business professionals and Clay Shoot afficionados.  This is a fantastic opportunity to get in front of 148 of the team players and tell them more about your business. 

Teams in the Clay shoot are a separate cost; no Clay Shoot sponsorships include the cost of placing a team in the tournament.
