Festival-goers can browse & shop booths featuring canvas art, crafts, jewelry, leatherwork, woodwork, vintage marketplace products, pottery, Boutiques, and more. Vendor booths are not duplicated, so there is a variety of products to purchase and see.  Some booths are even available where you can create something for a small fee.  These make unique, one-of-a-kind Christmas presents, birthday presents, or even just-cause presents!

Vendors will also be doing their artwork during the festival so you can watch in awe all of their great talents, while you graze through their products for purchase.  Some Vendor Booths may even have make and take sessions so that you can learn how to make your own piece of artwork and take it home!

NEW THIS YEAR....YOUTH ENTREPRENEURIAL VENDOR BOOTHS!  We are strongly encouraging youth and teen vendor booths this year.  Youth Entrepreneurs have always been welcome at our Festival, but this year, we are encouraging more youth crafters, artists, and artisans to sell their masterpieces and work to the public.  Our youth are amazing and they bring so many new and exciting products to the table for purchase. For all information, please see below for booth level descriptions.

Local Cushing businesses & Non-Profits will also have booths where you can play games for prizes; find out more about our local businesses and Non-Profits; enter to WIN giveaways; and some will have free children's activities, such as coloring sheets or different types of art to create.

Do Roku with The Lachenmeyer Arts Center!  Make and decorate your own roku; then come back to The Lachenmeyer Arts Center table after about an hour while they fire your masterpiece in their on-site kiln...It's so Cool!  And think... A one of a kind masterpiece to give away as a present to loved ones! The kiddos LOVE it!

****NO BOOTH MAY GIVE AWAY NOR SELL DRINKS OF ANY KIND - The Cushing Chamber Foundation has a drink stand fundraiser booth and our Member Partner Silvertown Espress will be in attendance for coffee drinks, smoothies, lotus drinks, etc.

Youth Entrepreneurial Vendor Booths:  Calling all Youth artists, artisans, crafters, jewelry makers, crochet animals, etc.!  We are looking for YOU!  This is a great entry-level event to help teach young entrepreneurs all of the legalities of selling products to the public and running a small business, such as how to pay taxes, how to budget, how many products they need to produce to prepare for a festival, and so much more.  Youth Entrepreneurial Vendor booths will receive a $10 discount on their booth rental space and will be featured in our Festival marketing and advertising, per adult guardian permission.  This discount applies ONLY to Youth vendors that are 16 years of age and under.  If an adult sells items with the Youth vendor, that would be TWO vendor booths and will need to pay for both vendor booth costs, one youth vendor booth and one vendor booth.  All Youth Vendor Booths will be together and we hope to have a cash prize contest for all Youth Vendors, where total sales for the day will be calculated and reported at the end of the Festival, and there will be 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place cash prizes for the Youth that sells the most.  Other side contests will be voted on by secret judges and/or the public:  Best product, best booth decorations, best salesman.   We are currenting collecting sponsorships for this and will announce if the contest will happen or not soon.  For questions or sponsorship information, please call the Cushing Chamber at 918-225-2400.

Vendor Booths:  Jewelry Makers - Leather Works - Metal Works - High-End Vintage Marketplace - Boutiques - Artists - Artisans - succulents - A Vendor Booth is anyone that has a PRODUCT/ITEM(S) to sell to the public.  Vendors are also HIGHLY ENCOURAGED to make their artwork while at the Festival (Show off your talents!), as well as charge the public a small fee to do a project of your booth (Make & Take Sessions).  For example, making a piece of Jewelry; picking out a succulent & pot to make your potted succulent to take home; mini artwork pieces; etc. A small fee is up to the Vendor. Make sure you have SIGNS at your booth to let the public know they can create something.  Let the Chamber know as well so we can pre-market your booth. Please mark this on your Vendor Booth Application.

Business or Non-Profit Informational Organization Booths:  Any business or Non-Profit organization is welcome to have a booth to connect with the public.  Doing some type of activity with the public is encouraged:  Prizes; giveaways; drawings; etc.  Bring your swag, pamphlets, brochures, etc., and have fun with the community!
