Cushing CrossFit is holding a 
FREE Community Workout. 

November 11th, 2023 at 8:00-11:00 am. The Workout starts at 8:30 am. It will be held at the new Cushing CrossFit location, 114 W. Broadway Street Cushing, OK 74023

The workout is the CHAD 1000X- 1000 box Step-Ups Veterans Day Hero WOD dedicated to Chad Wilkinson.

In Support of Veterans Mental Heath, all proceeds of the Chad 1000x fundraiser will go to support Veteran Mental Heath Initiatives through the Step Up Foundation and Cushing, OK American Legion Post 108.

No registration necessary; just show up ready to workout and support Veteran Mental Health!
