Want to list your yard sale on the 100 mile yard sale master list with all of the other community yard sales?  Please see the below instructions from the 100 mile tour admins: 

PLEASE READ THESE IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE YOU SUBMIT YOUR SALE

PLEASE ONLY SUBMIT ONCE!! Not everyone will get an email confirmation and sometimes it goes to spam. If you add it more than once it adds a lot of work for us cleaning it up right before the sale. 

If you get to the end and hit submit and it says it is submitted, please do not message us to see if it went thru. We are a very small volunteer crew and searching for your address is almost impossible with hundreds of sales. We just have limited manpower, and we work busy full-time jobs. 

If your town is not listed for your address but you are super close to the sale area, you can add it in "other" but please add the info to your description of the sale and we will take them on a case-by-case basis. For example, we have had people reach out that have a Tulsa address but are in the Sand Springs school district. 

Please include in your description the times you will be open. 

The official sale dates are May 3-4 but there is an option in the form to add other days.

If you must cancel your sale, we need to know by April 30th at the latest to remove you. Every year we have people cancel and not notify anyone and there are super mad shoppers driving around looking for the sale. Please DON'T be that person!

The deadline to enter is April 30th. 

We will have vendor info this week. I know for sure that Cleveland, Pawnee, and Wynona will have vendor spots available but waiting on final details.

The yard sale FAQ's are pinned in the featured section of the group at the top. Most of your questions will be answered there. If you have other questions you can text (preferred due to work hours) or call 918-285-9242. You can also email ok100mileyardsale@gmail.com.

RENTING OUT BOOTH SPACE IN YOUR PARKING LOT FOR THE MAY 3 & 4 WEEKEND?  
1. Give the Cushing Chamber a call and we will help send vendors to you!  918-225-2400
2. Make sure you post about renting out booth spaces to vendors in your parking lot on the Oklahoma 100 Mile Yard Sale Tour Facebook Group.  
3. Make sure to call the Cushing Citizen and place an ad in the paper to advertise your available booth spaces.

GET YOUR OUTSIDE SIGNAGE PREPARED TO WELCOME ALL OF THE TREASURE HUNTERS TO CUSHING & THINK ABOUT HAVING SOME "TREASURE HUNTER SPECIALS/YARD SALE HUNTERS", JUST FOR ALL OF THE SHOPPERS THAT ARE COMING THROUGH TOWN TO ENCOURAGE THEM TO STOP AT YOUR RESTAURANTS AND BUSINESSES! PROMOTE YOUR SPECIALS ON YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA CHANNELS, TOO!

PUT AN AD IN THE CUSHING CITIZEN NEWSPAPER FOR THE MAY 1 NEWSPAPER EDITION!  The Garage Sale ads and map will be in the Wednesday, May 1 Newspaper, that everyone will be getting their hands on to help them find the area yard sales.  Place an ad welcoming shoppers to our community and advertise your Treasure Hunters Special!  Encourage shoppers to stop by your business!
