November 17, 2022 - 7 pm 

Stillwater City Hall

"Shine a Light" on Runaway Prevention Month by shining a green light at your home or business to bring awareness to the struggles runaway and homeless youth face.  Then, join us at the steps of Stillwater City Hall for a candlelight vigil at 7 pm,  723 S Lewis St, Stillwater, OK 74074
