Summer is just around the corner, and we’re excited to invite you to something truly special — a season dedicated to mental wellness, personal growth, and meaningful connection.
Our FREE summer programs are open to all community members and include a variety of options focused on supporting mental health and emotional well-being. From creative expression and mindfulness practices to movement-based sessions and peer support spaces, there’s something for everyone — all in a welcoming, supportive environment.
Let’s make this summer one of self-care, strength, and community.

Safe Sitter for Rising 6th - 8th Graders

  • Babysitter training for 6th - 8th graders. Includes behavior management skills, first aid & rescue skills, introduction to CPR, and more!

- Thursday, May 29th & Friday, May 30th from 9 AM - 12 PM

- Tuesday, July 1st & Wednesday, July 2nd from 9 AM - 12 PM

- Tuesday, July 10th & Wednesday, July 11th from 9 AM - 12 PM


Safe @ Home for Rising 4th - 6th Graders

*A required confidentiality form will be emailed to you after registration.

  • Independence training for 4th - 6th graders who are learning how to stay home alone. Includes safety skills, what to do in an emergency, and more!

- Tuesday, June 10th from 10:30 AM - 12 PM


Parenting Life Skills

  • Ideal for parents of 4th -  12th graders. Includes behavior management skills, introduction to CPR, and more.

- Wednesday Evenings from 6 PM - 8 PM on June 4th, 11th, 18th, and July 2nd.

-Tuesday Lunch and Learn from 12 PM - 1 PM on June 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th, AND July 8th, 15th, 22nd, and 29th.


Catch the Wave for Educators

  • Trauma informed training that focuses on de-escalation and managing aggressive behavior as well as how these behaviors may show up at home or in the classroom.

- Thursday, July 24th & Friday, July 25th from 9 AM - 1 PM

Catch the Wave for Parents & Caregivers

- Tuesday, July 15th & Thursday, July 17th from 5:30 PM - 7 PM


Building a Competent Community for Suicide Prevention

  • Suicide prevention training for adults. Learn to recognize the signs and access help for someone who may be struggling with suicidal ideation.

- Friday June 6th from 12 PM - 1 PM

- Thursday, July 17th from 5:30 PM - 7 PM


Skills for Success Group for Rising 6th - 8th Graders

  • A group for teens and their parent(s) to attend together! Learn communication skills, how to make good choices, emotional regulation, and other skills shown to help prevent youth engagement with risky or illegal behavior.

- Thursday, June 12th 19th, 26th 

- Tuesday, July 10th, 17th, and 24th

- Wednesday, June 11th, 18th, 25th, and July 9th
