Following recent developments, I have refined my policies. Henceforth, all clients must sign and date a form, facilitating a clear understanding of responsibilities and safeguarding interests. Thank you for your ongoing support of my small business.


Stilly Cleaning Policies

THESE ARE NON-NEGOTIABLE!

  • Cancellation Policy: We require 48 hours notice for any schedule changes or cancellations to avoid a cancellation fee. (Cancellation fee is $100)
  • Accessibility: Clients are responsible for ensuring clear access to home. if we cannot get access to said home, you will be charged for 50% of your clean.
  • Deposits: Clients are responsible for making deposits to hold their scheduled clean when the service provider is traveling outside of their normal service area. These are non-refundable and go towards the final cost of your clean. (50% of cleaning cost)
  • Pet Policy: Clients agree to have pets put up before arrival. This ensures the pet feels safe and so do our technicians.


Cancellation of service due to hazardous conditions: In cases where a significant infestation is confirmed and cannot be immediately addressed, we reserve the right to cancel the scheduled cleaning service to protect our team and prevent cross-contamination. You will also be charged the full amount of your clean. This includes Dead or Alive Cockroaches, Bedbugs, Fleas, Etc.
