Hiring: Director of Partner School Extension

POSITION: Director of Partner School Extension 

CAMPUS: District Wide 

PRIMARY FUNCTION: Direct instructional and operational activities with partner school extension programs including co-located programs to provide career awareness, optimize student recruitment, and maximize employee performance, facility utilization and community relations. 

RESPONSIBLE TO: Assistant Superintendent for Instruction 

SKILLS REQUIRED: Excellent administrative, organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism and project a positive image. Strong leadership and supervisory skills and knowledge of effective instructional techniques. 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Minimum of (10) years in education in CareerTech or public education. Minimum of five (5) years supervision and administration of full-time high school and/or middle school programs. 

EDUCATION: Master’s degree. Standard Teaching Certificate, Secondary Administrator’s Certification, eligible to obtain CareerTech Administrator Credential. 

OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Ability to project and maintain a positive and professional image through participation in staff meetings, in-service education, and selected professional growth meetings, trainings, and activities. Must uphold the policies and procedures of the Central Tech Board of Education. Proven ability to work with secondary and post-secondary students. Ability to provide leadership to staff and students. Must possess and maintain a valid Oklahoma driver's license. 

STARTING DATE: August 3, 2026 

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 12-month contract, full-time Certified/Exempt

Hiring: Practical Nursing Coordinator

POSITION: Practical Nursing District Coordinator 

CAMPUS: Districtwide 

PRIMARY FUNCTION: Provide administrative, academic, and regulatory leadership for the Drumright and Sapulpa Practical Nursing Programs to ensure compliance with Oklahoma Board of Nursing rules, institutional policies, and accreditation standards while supporting student success, instructional quality, and continuous program improvement.

RESPONSIBLE TO: Assistant Superintendent for Instruction 

SKILLS REQUIRED: Must demonstrate current working knowledge of nursing and related subjects; maintain safe and effective clinical skills; and possess strong oral and written communication skills. Must be able to establish and maintain professional relationships with healthcare agencies, clinical staff, students, prospective students, families, and Central Tech faculty and staff. 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Minimum of two years full-time clinical practice as a registered nurse within the last five years preceding first date of employment and at least one academic year of full-time experience in a state approved nursing education program. 

EDUCATION: MS Degree in Nursing or a BSN with an approved degree plan in place to complete a Masters 

OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Requires maturity, discretion, responsibility, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Must possess and maintain a valid Oklahoma Driver’s License.

STARTING DATE: July 15, 2026

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 12-month contract – Certified/Exempt
