Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent for a large apartment complex renovation in Cushing, Oklahoma. The project involves interior and exterior scopes of work. Duties
- Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring work progresses according to plans, schedules, and safety standards.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Review construction drawings, schematics, and contracts to verify project scope and specifications before execution.
- Implement quality control procedures to uphold high standards of workmanship and compliance with OSHA regulations..
- Lead project meetings, communicate progress updates, and resolve issues promptly to keep projects on track.
- Enforce strict safety policies, conduct safety audits, and promote a culture of safety awareness among all personnel.
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial construction management with a strong background in supervising large teams on active construction sites.
Demonstrated ability in project scheduling, budgeting, and construction document reading.
- Strong supervisory skills with a track record of leading diverse teams effectively.
- Hands-on experience with construction site safety protocols aligned with OSHA standards.
