We are looking for a dependable, motivated team member to join our hotel team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, problem-solving, and creating a positive guest experience in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative, communicates professionally, and is comfortable handling guest concerns while supporting daily hotel operations. Leadership potential and willingness to learn additional responsibilities are highly valued.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting guests with check-in/check-out
- Handling guest concerns professionally and efficiently
- Supporting daily front desk operations
- Assisting with scheduling, shift coverage, and team communication
- Monitoring cleanliness and overall guest satisfaction
- Learning hotel systems, reporting, and operational procedures
- Working closely with management to ensure smooth hotel operations
Qualifications:
- Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and stay professional under pressure
- Reliable attendance and flexible availability required
- Leadership mindset and problem-solving skills preferred
- Computer experience required
