We are seeking an experienced maintenance supervisor. Traveling is required.
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation
- Tools
- Knowledge of construction and maintenance upkeep (i.e.: Sheetrock and Drywall repairs, Painting, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Problem Solving Skills
- Self sufficient
- Ability to work alone and to be a leader
- Time management skills
- Reliable
- Strong communication skills
