Shift Type: 9:00am-4:00pm

Hours: Monday-Friday with some mandatory weekends

Job Summary:

The Laundry Attendant is responsible for ensuring all hotel linens, towels, and uniforms are cleaned, dried, folded, and distributed according to hotel standards. This role helps maintain a clean, organized laundry facility while supporting the housekeeping team to ensure guest rooms and hotel operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Operate washers, dryers, and other laundry equipment safely and efficiently

• Wash, dry, fold, and organize hotel linens, towels, and staff uniforms

• Sort laundry by type, color, and cleaning requirements

• Inspect linens for stains, damage, or wear and report items that need replacement

• Maintain a clean and organized laundry area

• Monitor and restock laundry supplies such as detergent, bleach, and softener

• Deliver clean linens to housekeeping storage areas as needed

• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hotel procedures

• Assist housekeeping staff with linen inventory when required

• Report equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues to management

Qualifications:

• Previous laundry or housekeeping experience preferred but not required

• Ability to operate commercial laundry equipment

• Ability to work independently and stay organized

• Strong attention to detail

• Reliable attendance and punctuality
