We have tried our best these last couple months and unfortunately we are scheduling further out than we would like and haven't been able to fit some of you in when you were really needing it! The mobile grooming is also staying so busy that two days a week isn't enough to get to you all in a timely manner!

So we have been discussing and doing some planning and we are finally ready to add another groomer to the shop so Jill can add some more grooming days on the mobile!

Job Description: 

We are seeking a skilled Dog Groomer to join our team. In this solo role, you will be responsible for grooming dogs of all breeds and sizes, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process. You will manage all aspects of the grooming process, including some bathing, trimming, nail clipping, ear cleaning, and other grooming services. You will be working with an administrative/grooming assistant and a part time bather. The assistant will handle the scheduling, checking customers in/out, phone calls, and any other grooming help you might need to help ensure the day goes smoothly and efficiently. Attention to detail, excellent customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are key to success in this role. The ideal candidate will have prior grooming experience, the ability to work without constant supervision, an eye for details, and a love for animals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Groom dogs to client specifications, including bathing, haircuts, and nail trims.
• Maintain a clean and safe grooming environment.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate with pet owners about their dogs' needs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a dog groomer.
• Knowledge of dog breeds and grooming techniques.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for animal care.
