Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our healthcare team. The CMA will be responsible for safely administering prescribed medications to residents under the supervision of licensed nursing staff and in accordance with state regulations and facility policies. The ideal candidate is dependable, caring, and committed to providing high-quality support to residents and nursing staff. Position available for day shift, 12-hour rotation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer oral, topical, and other prescribed medications to residents per physician orders and facility protocol.
- Document medication administration and report any adverse reactions or errors immediately to supervising nurse.
- Monitor residents for changes in physical or mental condition and report concerns to the nurse.
- Assist residents with daily activities as needed (e.g., grooming, feeding, hygiene).
- Maintain accurate medication records and ensure medications are properly stored and secured.
- Refill medication carts and maintain medication inventory under supervision.
- Follow all infection control and safety procedures.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team.
- Participate in in-service training and continuing education as required.

- Monitor and record patients' vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Provide support with mobility and transfers, including using wheelchairs, walkers, and lifts.
- Assist with feeding and hydration, and monitor patients for any dietary needs or restrictions.
- Observe and report any changes in patients' conditions or behaviors to the nursing staff.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, including changing bed linens and cleaning rooms.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, promoting their overall well-being.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care to our residents. The LPN/RN will be responsible for delivering direct patient care, monitoring patient health, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
