CNA - Treatment Nurse - Dietary Associate

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to join our healthcare team. The CNA will provide direct care to patients, assisting with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and well-being. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. We have opportunities both for night shift 12-hour rotation and weekend doubles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Provide support with mobility and transfers, including using wheelchairs, walkers, and lifts.
- Assist with feeding and hydration, and monitor patients for any dietary needs or restrictions.
- Observe and report any changes in patients' conditions or behaviors to the nursing staff.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, including changing bed linens and cleaning rooms.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, promoting their overall well-being.
- Follow infection control protocols and maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification from an accredited program.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including lifting and assisting patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Adhere to facility policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations, including HIPAA compliance.
Qualifications:
- Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oklahoma.
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an accredited LPN or RN program.
- Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is preferred but not required.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centered approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing patient needs.
- Physical stamina and strength to handle the demands of the role, including lifting and assisting patients.

Linwood Village is a small, rural long-term care facility dedicated to providing exceptional care to our residents. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dietary Associate to support our culinary team in delivering nutritious and delicious meals that cater to the individual dietary needs of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and serving of meals, ensuring adherence to dietary guidelines and safety standards.
- Help with menu planning in collaboration with the Dietary Manager, focusing on resident preferences and nutritional requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas, following all health and safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and storing food and supplies.
- Conduct regular checks on food storage temperatures and ensure proper sanitation practices are followed.
- Support special dietary needs, including allergies and dietary restrictions, by closely monitoring meal preparations.
- Communicate effectively with residents to understand their dietary preferences and needs.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills related to dietary practices.
- Provide assistance during mealtimes, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for residents.
