Job Type: Full-time (Project Duration – Approximately 12 Months)

Pay: Weekly pay · Average 40 hours per week · Overtime available as needed

About the Position: Gorman Construction is looking for reliable, experienced Construction Carpenters/Laborers to join our team for a multi-unit apartment renovation project in Cushing, OK. This is a full-time position for the duration of the project (approximately 12 months).

Job Duties:

•    Demolition

•    Rough carpentry and framing

•    Finish carpentry

•    Cabinet and countertop installation

•    Appliance installation

•    Drywall installation, repair, and painting

•    Installation of light and plumbing fixtures

•    General construction labor and site work as needed

Requirements

•    Valid driver’s license

•    Must be able to pass pre-employment screening

•    Previous experience in residential construction (demo, framing, finish work preferred)

•    Ability to work well in a team environment

•    Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Cushing, OK

•    Physically able to perform the demands of construction work

Additional Information

•    Work Location: In person – Cushing, OK

•    This is a project-based position lasting approximately 12 months
