Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant and nightclub environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires a passion for the food industry, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, while providing recommendations based on menu knowledge.
• Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation meets our high standards.
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area.
• Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accurate cash handling procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to enhance their dining experience.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions to effectively upsell products.

Experience

• Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred, particularly in a restaurant or nightclub setting.
• Strong guest services skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for patrons.
• Basic culinary knowledge is a plus, allowing for better communication with kitchen staff regarding menu items.
• Experience with cash handling is essential for managing transactions accurately.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a busy environment are crucial for success in this role.
