Applicant must have integrity, be dependable, and possess strong interpersonal, computer, and problem solving skills. Preference will be given to individuals with a minimum of five years retail sales and bookkeeping experience. Being able to work Saturday's is a basic requirement of this position.

The Sales Consultant / Office Manager is responsible for:

• Retail sales and being primary customer contact.
• Generating invoices/contracts for sales and receiving/recording payments.
• Taking customer credit applications and running credit bureau reports.
• Reviewing and filing customer credit applications and contracts.
• Keeping special order book up to date and contacting customers when special orders arrive.
• Calling and mailing appropriate letters to past due accounts.
• Collecting and monitoring employee time sheets. 
• End-of-day closing and bank deposit.

This position is also responsible for assisting store manager in: 

• Collecting on bad debts receivable.
• Displaying inventory.
• Ensuring store cleanliness
• Approving customer credit applications and limits.
