On-Site Housing Included | Flexible Schedule 

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Live-In Maintenance Technician to assist with the upkeep of our property. This unique opportunity can be designed for someone who has additional employment and is looking to exchange a limited number of work hours for housing while earning additional hourly pay for work beyond those agreed-upon hours. 

Compensation

On-site housing is provided for one individual only in exchange for an agreed-upon number of weekly maintenance hours.

Additional hours worked beyond the housing agreement will be compensated at an hourly rate based on experience and qualifications.

Q: Is living on-site mandatory?

A: No, living on-site is not required. However, this position's compensation package is intentionally structured around the inclusion of housing. The housing benefit makes up a significant portion of the overall value of the role, so applicants who choose not to utilize it may find that the compensation does not align with a traditional maintenance position.

For candidates who take advantage of the housing opportunity, it provides a unique chance to significantly reduce living expenses while earning additional hourly pay for work completed beyond the agreed-upon housing exchange hours.

Please note that occupancy is limited to one individual, and all residents will be expected to follow guidelines designed to maintain a safe, respectful, and professional environment.

Primary Responsibilities

Drywall and sheetrock repair

Interior and exterior painting

Flooring installation and repairs

Basic plumbing maintenance

Minor carpentry work

General property repairs and preventative maintenance

Responding to maintenance requests

Keeping work areas organized and clean

Ground Keeping

Schedule

Flexible hours

Most work can be completed during evenings and weekends

Position is intentionally structured to accommodate someone with another full-time job

Occasional urgent maintenance needs may require prompt attention

Minimum Qualifications

Previous maintenance experience is required

Proof of relevant experience will be required during the hiring process

Must have reliable transportation

Must be able to work independently and manage time effectively

Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and perform physical labor

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
